Green Day divulga cover de Elvis Costello gravado na época do ‘Nimrod’

Segundo o site Wikimetal, o Green Day lançou um cover nunca divulgado antes de “Alison”, do Elvis Costello. A versão faz parte da nova edição do álbum Nimrod, que chegará em 27 de janeiro.

A releitura de “Alison” foi gravada durante as sessões do Nimrod, quinto álbum do Green Day. Outras demos da época também serão lançadas na nova edição.

Nimrod XXV celebra os 25 anos de lançamento do icônico álbum que traz clássicos como “Hitchin’ A Ride”, “Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)”, “Redundant” e “Nice Guys Finished Last”. O trabalho será lançado em CD, vinil e no formato digital.
